「巡洋艦」是一種大型軍艦，也可指適合長途旅行的舒適汽車或用於休閒騎行的機車。在日常對話中有時也指警察巡邏車。

"Cruiser"常用於軍事/海軍，也會出現在汽車與機車圈。在美式英文裡，"police cruiser" 是警車。請勿與「郵輪」混淆。
