「クレジット」は、科目の単位、映画の最後に表示されるスタッフや俳優の名前の一覧、または誰かの働きへの評価の意味があります。

大学では『単位』として使います。映画などの『クレジット』はエンドロールのこと。「creditを与える」は功績を認める意味です。

I need more credits to graduate this year.
