個人や社会、心理的な問題について助言や支援をする資格を持つ人。キャンプのリーダーや外交官の肩書として使われることもある。

'Counsellor'はアメリカ英語では'counselor'になります。'school counsellor'や'marriage counsellor'などでよく使います。法律分野では'カウンセル'（弁護士）の意味とは異なります。
