Definition

部隊は軍隊の大きな単位、または特別な目的で訓練されたグループを指します。軍事以外にも公共の奉仕団体などにも使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

'Army Corps', 'Peace Corps' などの用例が多い。「コア」と同じ発音。「corp.（会社）」とは混同しないように注意。
