顧問是為個人或組織在某一專業領域（如商業、技術或醫療）提供建議的專業人士。

常用於正式或商業場合，如「管理顧問」、「IT顧問」等說法。既可以是獨立專業人士，也可以為諮詢公司工作。與「顧問」類似，但部分語境下有所區分。
