考慮（こうりょ）配慮（はいりょ）

Definition

何かを決める前によく考えること、または他人への配慮や思いやりを示すこと。状況を判断する際に重要な要素を指すこともあります。

フォーマルや中立的な場面で使われます。'take something into consideration'（〜を考慮に入れる）、'under consideration'（検討中）、'show consideration for someone'（配慮を示す）などがよく使われます。

Your health should be an important consideration when choosing a job.

仕事を選ぶときは、自分の健康が大事な**考慮**事項であるべきです。

大変なときに**配慮**してくれてありがとうございます。
