Definition

যদি কিছু গোপনীয় হয়, সেটি ব্যক্তিগত এবং অন্য কারও সাথে শেয়ার করা উচিত নয়। সাধারণত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, ব্যবসায়িক নথি বা গোপন আলাপচারিতার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'গোপনীয় তথ্য', 'গোপনীয় প্রতিবেদন' ইত্যাদি বাক্যে সাধারণ। 'strictly confidential' বোঝাতে আরও গুরুত্ব যোগ করা যায়। 'confident' মানে আত্মবিশ্বাসী, গোপন নয়—বিভ্রান্ত হবেন না।
