Definition

物事や情報を理解・整理するための一般的な考え方や枠組み。主に物事や性質、プロセスの分類や理解に役立ちます。

主にアカデミックや専門的な場面で使われます。「abstract concepts」「basic concepts」「key concepts」などの表現がよく出てきます。「ideas」（より広く口語的）、または「theories」（もっと詳しい説明）とは区別しましょう。
