Definition

किसी बात के बारे में यह कहना कि आप उससे नाखुश, परेशान या असंतुष्ट हैं। इसका मतलब रोज़मर्रा की शिकायत करना भी हो सकता है और औपचारिक रूप से आपत्ति दर्ज करना भी।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

यह अक्सर 'about' या 'that' के साथ आता है: 'complain about the noise', 'complain that it was too loud'. 'Complain to' बताता है कि शिकायत किससे की जा रही है, और 'complain about' बताता है कि शिकायत किस बात की है। अगर कोई बहुत ज़्यादा करे, तो यह नकारात्मक लग सकता है।
