急に弱くなったり、失敗したりして崩れたり倒れたりしている状態。建物や人、システムにも使われる。

突発的・急激な崩壊や倒壊のニュアンスが強いです。建物以外にも、抽象的なもの（例：システム）にも使います。ゆっくりした衰退には使いません。
