突然倒れたり壊れたりした状態。建物や構造物に使われることが多いが、人が急に弱くなったり気を失った場合にも使う。

建物や橋など「倒壊した～」と使い、人の場合は「気を失った」「力尽きて倒れた」と表現。他にもシステム障害時などにも使うことがある。
