दो घटनाएँ एक ही समय पर सिर्फ़ संयोग से घटित होना, जिनका आपस में कोई सीधा संबंध या योजना न हो।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

औपचारिक और अनौपचारिक दोनों स्थितियों में उपयोग होता है। केवल उन घटनाओं के लिए, जो बिना संबंध के एक साथ होती हैं। 'coincidence' (संज्ञा) से भ्रमित न हों।
