Definition

'Closure' মানে কিছু বন্ধ করা বা শেষ করা, যেমন দোকান বা রাস্তা। কঠিন বা দুঃখজনক অভিজ্ঞতার পরে মানসিক শান্তি বা সমাপ্তির অনুভূতিও বোঝায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

বিষয়টি আনুষ্ঠানিক বা আধা-আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'factory closure', 'need closure' ইত্যাদি বাক্যে এই শব্দটি পাওয়া যায়। এটি কোনো ক্রিয়া নয়, 'to closure' বলা যায় না।

স্কুলের **বন্ধ** গতকাল ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে।

There will be a temporary closure of the main road.

মূল সড়কটি সাময়িকভাবে **বন্ধ** থাকবে।
