手や足を使って上に登ること。また、数字やレベルが上がることにも使われる。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に三人称単数（彼、彼女、それ）と一緒に使います。'climbs the mountain', 'climbs stairs', 'price climbs' のような表現に多いです。比喩的には増加を表します。'claims' と混同しないように注意しましょう。
