Definition

マウスなどのボタンを押す動作、またはそのときの短く鋭い音。繰り返し聞こえるカチカチという音にも使う。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にパソコン操作（'マウスをクリックする'）や、繰り返されるカチカチという音（'ペンのカチカチ音'）で使う。'clacking'と比べて音が軽い。
