城市是很多人居住和工作的較大城鎮，通常有很多建築、道路、服務設施和商業活動。它一般比村莊或大多數小鎮更大、更發達。

這是 'city' 的複數形式。常見搭配有 'big cities'、'capital cities'、'city life' 和 'live in the city'。不要寫成 'citys'；以子音字母加 'y' 結尾的詞，複數通常變成 '-ies'。
