Usage Notes (Spanish)
Siempre se refiere a más de una 'iglesia'. Puede indicar los edificios físicos o comunidades cristianas. Frases comunes: 'asistir a iglesias', 'iglesias históricas', 'diferentes iglesias'. No se usa para templos de otras religiones.
