Definition

「Choy」是廣東話和普通話中的一個口語詞彙，常用來指各種中式綠葉蔬菜，尤其是小白菜（例如上海青、菜心等）。

「Choy」在英語中多見於菜單、亞洲雜貨店及討論中菜時，通常代表小白菜（bok choy），但偶爾也泛指其他中式葉菜。不要用來表示所有蔬菜。
