一種濃稠的湯，通常用牛奶或奶油、馬鈴薯、蔬菜，有時也會加入海鮮如蛤蜊或魚。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

“Chowder” 多用於美式濃稠海鮮湯，如“clam chowder”（蛤蜊濃湯）。和中式湯不同，chowder 更濃稠且多用奶或奶油。不要和“broth”（清湯）或“bisque”（細膩濃湯）混淆。
