Definition

曲の中で繰り返される部分で、同じ歌詞とメロディーのこと。また、人が集まって一緒に歌うグループや、大勢が同時に何かを言う意味もある。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

一般的にポップスで「コーラス」は繰り返される部分を指し、「hook」は主に記憶に残りやすいメロディー部分。コーラスは合唱団や「みんなで声をそろえる」意味にも使われる。
