Definition

두 가지 이상 중에서 사람, 사물, 또는 방법을 결정하거나, 일부러 어떤 것을 하기로 마음먹는 것.

주로 'choose between A and B', 'choose from', 'choose to do something' 형태로 쓰임. 'choose'는 일상 대화에서 'pick'보다 약간 더 격식을 차림.

You can choose any color you like.

원하는 색을 아무거나 **고를** 수 있어요.

She chose the window seat on the bus.
