“chink” 是指狭窄的裂缝或缝隙，通常出现在墙或门等硬表面上。但该词也是对东亚裔的严重冒犯性用语，使用时要极为谨慎。

表示裂缝时属中性、但已过时。作为侮辱词极其冒犯，绝不用于指人。搭配常见于 'a chink in the armor'（指弱点），平时很少单独使用。
