'Children' हमेशा बहुवचन होता है; इसका एकवचन 'child' है। आम संयोग: 'children's games', 'schoolchildren'। 'childrens' का प्रयोग न करें और जानवरों के लिए न लें; उनके लिए 'offspring' या 'young' शब्द का उपयोग करें।
