他のものと比べて値段が安いことを表します。通常、2つ以上の物や選択肢を比べるときに使います。

「cheaper」は比較級なので、必ず他と比べるとき使います。「cheaper than」とセットで使い、「more cheaper」とは言いません。フォーマル・カジュアル両方で使えます。
