急に足などに起こる激しい筋肉のけいれんで、日常会話では「charley horse」として使われます。

ほぼ常に「charley horse」の形で使われ、非常にカジュアルなアメリカ英語表現です。正式・医療用語では「筋肉のけいれん」と言います。

I got a charley in my leg last night.
