Un teléfono celular es un dispositivo electrónico portátil usado para hacer llamadas, enviar mensajes y, a menudo, acceder a internet en cualquier lugar.

'Teléfono celular' es común en Latinoamérica; en España se prefiere 'móvil'. En el habla cotidiana, simplemente se dice 'celular' o 'móvil'. No confundir con 'teléfono' (línea fija).
