Definition

ろうそくがともるときに生まれる、やわらかくて暖かい明かり。しばしばロマンチックや落ち着いた雰囲気を表します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

基本的に数えません。「by candlelight」で「ろうそくの明かりで〜」のように使います。ロマンチックな雰囲気や停電時に多いですが、実用的な明かりには使いません。
