Definition

複数の人が秘密裏に悪事や不正な目的のために協力することを指します。

ほぼ必ず 'in cahoots with' の形で使われます。ユーモラスや陰謀的な場面で用いられ、正当な協力には使いません。

They are in cahoots to cheat on the test.

彼らはカンニングをするために**共謀**している。

I think the manager is in cahoots with the supplier.
