同じ両親を持つ男性のきょうだい。または、とても親しい男性の友人や仲間を指すこともあります。

家族の兄弟を表す他、親友の男性間でも「兄」のように使うことがあります。「兄」は年上、「弟」は年下に使います。スラングの'bro'は「兄貴」「ブラザー」など別の表現。

My brother is two years older than me.

私の**兄**は私より2歳年上です。

I have two sisters and one brother.
