숨 쉬다

Definition

폐로 공기를 들이마시고 내쉬는 것. 때때로 잠시 멈추거나, 진정하거나, 조용히 말하는 뜻으로도 쓰인다.

'breathe in'은 숨을 들이마시다, 'breathe out'은 내쉬다. 'breathe'(동사)와 'breath'(명사)를 혼동하지 않도록 주의. 'Just breathe'는 '진정해'라는 뜻으로 자주 쓰임.
