何かについて少し気になったり、不快に感じたりすること。やる気が出ないときにも使われる。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

『be bothered by』は「〜に悩まされる」、『can't be bothered』は「面倒くさい」と訳せます。強いストレスというよりは軽い不快感に使います。物理的な邪魔だけでなく、気持ちの反応が中心。
