“Borough”是指擁有自己行政管理的城鎮、區，或大城市裡的一部分，常見於紐約或倫敦等城市。

主要於英國及美國使用。紐約市有五個“boroughs”（如布魯克林）。英國則指一些小城鎮或行政區。屬於正式或行政術語，日常口語很少用。不要和“suburb”（郊區）混淆。
