国境境界 (端、ふち)

国境は国や地域を分ける線のことです。また、ページや写真などの外側の縁を指すこともあります。

'国境'は国と国の間でよく使います。デザインや物の縁には'境界'や'ふち'を使います。動詞の'border on'は、何かにとても近い状態、特に良くないことに使います。

They crossed the border at night.
