Definition

जब पौधा 'फूल रहा होता है', तो वह फूल दे रहा होता है। यह शब्द किसी चीज़ या व्यक्ति के अच्छे तरीके से विकसित होने को भी दर्शा सकता है।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

'Blooming' फूलों के लिए और उपमा के तौर पर लोगों, व्यवसाय आदि के लिए भी प्रयोग होता है। ब्रिटिश इंग्लिश में अनौपचारिक रूप से हल्का आश्चर्य या शिकायत ज़ाहिर करने के लिए भी ('It's blooming cold!')। आमतौर पर 'blooming flowers', 'blooming business', 'blooming youth' में आता है। 'Blossoming' से थोड़ा भिन्न है; 'blooming' में परिणाम ज़्यादा दिखता है।
