Definition

「ブリッツ」とは、短時間に集中して行う激しい攻撃や取り組みのこと。軍事作戦、スポーツの戦術、広告や掃除の集中行動などに使われます。

ビジネスやスポーツ会話でカジュアルに使われる場合が多いですが、軍事用語としては堅い印象が強いです。「media blitz」「cleaning blitz」など慣用的な使い方がされます。
