うるさく文句を言うことや、誰かの悪口を言うことを指します。まれに「最高にかっこいい」という意味でも使われます。

とてもくだけた表現で、公の場やフォーマルな状況では避けましょう。「stop bitching」（文句を言うのをやめて）、「bitching about」（〜について文句を言う）の形で使われます。
