Definition

鳥是有羽毛、翅膀和喙的動物。很多鳥會飛，雖然有些不會；這個詞既可以泛指這一類動物，也可以指幾隻具體的鳥。

'Bird' 是單數，'birds' 是複數。日常英語裡，'bird' 常讓人想到小型會飛的動物，但它也可以廣義地指鴨子、鷹、企鵝等。'Birds' 常用在數字和數量詞後面，如 'two birds'、'many birds'。
