ベルマンはホテルで荷物運びやドアの開閉、ロビーでお客様のお手伝いをするスタッフです。

アメリカ英語で主に使われます。イギリス英語では「porter」が一般的です。ホテル内のフォーマルな場面で使います。アパートのドアマンには使いません。
