ベッドは、人が寝たり休んだりするための家具です。「ベッド」はその複数形で、2つ以上のベッドを指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「ベッド」は数えられる名詞です。'go to bed' や 'make the bed' などの表現では、ベッドが複数あっても単数で使われることが多いです。「寝る」や「横になる」とは意味が違います。
