Definition

海灘是海、湖或河邊由沙子或小石子形成的一片地方。人們常去那裡游泳、放鬆、曬太陽或玩耍。

'Beach' 最常指海邊的沙灘。常見搭配有 'go to the beach'、'on the beach' 和 'beach towel'。不要和 'coast'（海岸地區）或 'shore'（水邊、岸邊）混淆。
