Definition

兵士が生活し、寝泊まりするための大きな建物や建物群。警察や他の制服組織の宿舎にも使われることがある。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

通常は複数形でも単数形でも「兵舎」と書き方は変わりません。「military barracks」「兵舎に戻る」などの表現があります。民間住宅には使いません。
