オーブンで乾いた熱を使って調理されたもの。パンやケーキ、じゃがいもなど、揚げ物や茹で物ではない料理によく使われます。

形容詞や過去分詞として使われることが多い：'baked chicken' や 'freshly baked bread' など。主にオーブン調理を指します。
