Definition

軸とは、物体が回転する仮想または実際の直線、または中心となる分割線のことです。

「軸」は数学、理科、地理、機械などで使います（例：地球の軸、x軸、回転軸）。機械の「車軸（axle）」とは異なりますので注意しましょう。
