係員とは、空港、ホテル、駐車場、イベント会場などでお客様を手伝ったりサービスしたりする仕事をしている人です。

「係員」は直接サービスや案内をする職種に使います。「病院スタッフ」には使わず、基本的に空港や博物館などに使います。「アシスタント」との違いに注意しましょう。
