Definition

一本包含許多地圖的書，常展示世界、國家或地區的各種地圖。有時“atlas”也指其它主題的資料圖表集。

多數情況下指地圖冊，但在科學或醫學中也可能指圖表或圖片集。“atlas”與希臘神話中的“阿特拉斯”不同。
