気道が狭くなったり炎症を起こしたりして、呼吸がしにくくなる慢性的な病気です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「喘息発作」は急な症状悪化を指します。「喘息症状」「喘息治療」などの表現がよく使われます。感染しません。「アレルギー」とは違う病気ですが、きっかけは似ていることがあります。
