선생님이나 상사가 주는 해야 할 일이나 숙제를 의미합니다. 학교나 직장에서 주로 사용됩니다.

‘homework assignments’는 숙제, ‘group assignments’는 조별 과제를 뜻합니다. 항상 셀 수 있는 명사입니다. ‘appointment’(약속, 미팅)와 혼동하지 마세요.

I have three assignments to finish before Friday.

금요일 전까지 **과제** 세 개를 끝내야 해요.
