志望願望誤嚥（医療）
Definition
何か大切なことを成し遂げたいという強い願い。また、医療で物質を吸い込む行為を指すこともある。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
目標や夢について話すとき、フォーマルな文脈で使われることが多い。医療では『誤嚥』の意味で用いられることもあるが、普段はあまり使われない。'inspiration'と混同しないよう注意。
