它是“arrive”的过去式，表示某人或某物到达了某个地方，也可以表示某个预期的时刻或事件来到了。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))
'arrive in' 用于城市、国家和较大的区域，'arrive at' 用于建筑物、活动或具体地点。'Arrive' 一般不直接接宾语，所以要说 'arrived at the station'，不说 'arrived the station'。
