Definition

স্থাপত্য বলতে ভবন বা অন্যান্য কাঠামো নকশা ও নির্মাণ করার শিল্প ও বিজ্ঞানকে বোঝানো হয়; এছাড়াও কোনো ভবন বা ভবনসমষ্টির সামগ্রিক নকশা বা শৈলীও বুঝায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

এটি সাধারণত আনুষ্ঠানিক, একাডেমিক বা পেশাগত প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'modern architecture', 'classical architecture', 'software architecture', 'landscape architecture' মতো শব্দগুচ্ছতে বেশি চলে। কখনও কখনও কাঠামোগত বা সংগঠিত কোনো ব্যবস্থাকেও বোঝাতে পারে।
